COMPETITIVE TEAM PROGRAM
 

This requires a serious commitment from each team member from the beginning competitor to advanced level athlete. Our team training and development is based on the USAG Jr. Olympic program. Our goal is to have our athletes become well-rounded individual competitors as well as supportive team players. Olympic athletes and Elite training centers strongly support the fact that gymnastics is a mental as well as physical sport. It is the mental toughness that separates the superior gymnasts from the good ones. Our goal is to help train the mind to help achieve excellence in gymnastics and everyday life.

 

 Compulsory Level 3 Team:  By invitation only. Prerequisite Level 2 skills. Level 3 is the start of the USA Jr. Olympics. These gymnasts will participate in the bi-annual home mock meets and in-state meets once per month. Our Level 3 competitors finished in the top 1st thru 3rd place in the event and all-around 2006 state competition.  See our winners on the CKG News page.

 

Competitive Compulsory & Optional Teams:  By invitation only. Our team program includes: Level 4 though Level 10 competing 1 to 2 meets per month

in-state and/or out-of-state. Our Level 4 team placed 4th out of 20 teams in the 2006 state championship.We also had several individual/event placements. Our Level 5 team placed 5th out of 20 teams in the 2006 state championship.  Again we had many exceptional individual placements throughout the season!
